• Enter a valid email address.

• Check your email inbox for a verification code sent by the system.

• Place your ID card in the designated position and take a photo.

• Scan your face in a well-lit environment to ensure clarity.

• Review your information for accuracy. Any incorrect details can be edited.

• If your ID card number is displayed incorrectly, please contact our Call Center for correction.

• Check the address stated on your ID card.

• Provide your current address (If it matches your ID card address, you may select the option to use that address.)

• Enter your employment details for KYC purposes.

• Set a password and confirm it.

• Set a PIN and confirm it again.

• Click to accept the terms and proceed.

• Registration is complete.

Weight calculation for gold with purity of 99.99%:

1-kg gold bar = 32.148 oz; 1-kg gold bar = 1,000 g or 65.6 gold baht

*Therefore, 1 troy oz equals 65.6 / 32.148 = 2.04 gold baht. ** 1 troy oz = 31.106 g / 0.1 troy oz = 3.11 g

Please follow these steps if you cannot take a photo of your ID card or scan your face:

• Check the operating system on your mobile device. For iOS, it must be version 12 or higher. For Android, it must be version 6 or higher.
• You must “allow” the USD GOLD TRADE application to access your camera first.

In case the ID card photo cannot be captured successfully:

• Place your ID card in the designated position.
• Ensure you are in a well-lit area so that the card is clearly visible (be careful of glare that may obscure the information).

The system displays the status “Unsuccessful Transaction.

• You must first link your FCD account to the USD GOLD TRADE application.
• Ensure that your FCD account has sufficient funds to cover the gold purchase amount.
• f you are using an online e-Saving bank account, you must complete NDID identity verification with your bank before proceeding.
