• Gold ornaments are usually worn as jewelry. At Hua Seng Heng, various patterns and styles both for men and women are available for you to choose from.

• 1-baht gold bars equal to 15.244 grams of gold.
• 1-baht gold ornaments equal to 15.16 grams of gold. This difference is accounted for by the gold refinement solutions used to connect the gold patterns and designs.

When you buy gold ornaments, other metals are also taken into account in terms of prices since these metals are used to make gold ornaments more refined and durable for daily wear, but when you’re selling, only the gold properties are considered.

• 9K gold is gold with purity of 37.5%.
• 10K gold is gold with purity of 41.6%.
• 14K gold is gold with purity of 58.3%.
• 18K gold is gold with purity of 75%.
• 22K gold is gold with purity of 91.6%.
• 24K gold is gold with purity of 100% or 99.99%.

Price calculation for gold ornaments:

• Price (for sale) set by the Gold Traders Association / gold baht + making price (starting from 800/gold baht depending on the design)

Example:
Price (for sale) set by the Gold Traders Association is 30,000 baht per gold baht

• 1-baht gold necklace
  30,000 + 800 = 30,800 baht
• 2-quarter gold necklace
  (30,000 / 2) + 800 = 15,800 baht
• 2-baht gold necklace
  (30,000 x 2) + (800 x 2) = 61,600 baht
